Did you know that women and couples that are struggling financially are more likely to consider abortion?
No one deserves to go hungry, and no one should have to consider ending the life of their unborn baby because of the expense and fear that are associated with raising a child.
How can you help?
Today, donate food items to your local food pantry or food bank. These food items will be distributed to or purchased by families that could use the extra help. It only takes a few minutes, and you never know the good that can come from a can of soup or a box of macaroni and cheese. Together, we can show every member of our communities that they, and their families, matter.
Consider looking through your pantry and finding items you could donate, or purchase items from your local grocery store. Items often requested by food pantries this time of year are:
-canned soups/broths
-boxed macaroni and cheese
-canned fruits
-canned vegetables
-powdered milk or drink mixes
-cake mixes
-flour
-instant oatmeal
-applesauce
-pancake/waffle mixes
-bottled water
